My background
My career has taken me from mobile and location-based applications to healthcare systems, enterprise cloud services, analytics, and engineering leadership. At Greystone IT, I moved from senior software engineering into an engineering manager role in August 2026.
Today I manage six developers in financial services, lead adoption of agentic coding, and have introduced two-week sprint cycles. I enjoy connecting strong engineering fundamentals with new tools and practical team habits.
